Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oils
- 1 tbsp. Paprika
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. White Pepper
- 1/2 cup Walnuts, chopped
- 4 Scallions, chopped
- 4 Boneless Chicken Breast
- 4 oz. Gorgonzola Cheese
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°.
- In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, paprika, salt and pepper. Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet and coat with the paprika mixture. Bake for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in another bowl, combine the cheese, walnuts and scallions. Top each piece of chicken with a quarter of the cheese mixture and bake for another 10 minutes, or until lightly browned and an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest portion registers 160°.
