  • 2 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oils
  • 1 tbsp. Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. White Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts, chopped
  • 4 Scallions, chopped
  • 4 Boneless Chicken Breast
  • 4 oz. Gorgonzola Cheese



  1. Preheat the oven to 375°.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, paprika, salt and pepper. Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet and coat with the paprika mixture. Bake for 15 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, in another bowl, combine the cheese, walnuts and scallions. Top each piece of chicken with a quarter of the cheese mixture and bake for another 10 minutes, or until lightly browned and an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest portion registers 160°.
