TOM’S HEALTHY ALTERNATIVE CAULIFLOWER “MASHED POTATO” RECIPE

Spring’s healthiest food trend? Cauliflower rice! Here’s our take…

Ingredients

  • 1 package Tom’s Chopped Cauliflower
  • 5.5 oz. Fage Greek Yogurt
  • 3 oz. Extra Virgin Olive Oils
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. White Pepper

Directions

  1. Steam or boil the chopped cauliflower until tender. Remove.
  2. Put olive oil, garlic and cauliflower in a pan to sauté. Remove.
  3. Put cauliflower in food processor and add Greek yogurt, salt and white pepper.
  4. Process until smooth. Remove and serve!

Recipe yields 2-4 servings.
