TOM’S EASY LOBSTER TAILS
- 2 Lobster Tails
- Butter, (Tom Leonard’s Dairy Fresh)
- Lemon, to taste
- Thaw lobster tails in the refrigerator for 8-10 hours.
- Cut down the back of the shell with kitchen scissors.
- Gently pull the meat out of the tail and place it over the top of the shell.
- Brush the meat with butter and lemon juice.
- Bake at 400 degrees F for 12 minutes.
- Finish under the broiler for 10 minutes.
