Tom’s Easy Lobster Tails

TOM’S EASY LOBSTER TAILS

Ingredients

  • 2 Lobster Tails
  • Butter, (Tom Leonard’s Dairy Fresh)
  • Lemon, to taste

Directions

  1. Thaw lobster tails in the refrigerator for 8-10 hours.
  2. Cut down the back of the shell with kitchen scissors.
  3. Gently pull the meat out of the tail and place it over the top of the shell.
  4. Brush the meat with butter and lemon juice.
  5. Bake at 400 degrees F for 12 minutes.
  6. Finish under the broiler for 10 minutes.
