Chip Salmon

TOM LEONARD’S POTATO CHIP CRUSTED SALMON

Ingredients

  • 2 Fresh Norwegian Salmon Fillet, 8 oz.
  • 4 tsps. Dijon Mustard, or Honey Mustard
  • 1 cup BBQ Potato Chips, crushed

Directions

  1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2.  Brush 2 tsp. of Dijon mustard, BBQ Sauce, or Honey Mustard on each fillet
  3.  Coat each filet with ½ cup of Tom Leonard’s BBQ Potato Chips
  4.  Bake for 12 minutes and serve (side of chips optional!)
