PETIT FILET WITH FIG JAM
- 1 to 1-1/2 lbs. Petit Filet
- 2 tsp. Fig Jam
- 2 tbs. Stew Leonard’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
- Season the meat with salt and pepper
- Place olive oil in a sauté pan over medium high heat and sear the petite filets on both sides, about two minutes per side.
- Spread the fig jam on top of the petite filets.
- Place in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 8 to ten minutes.
- Let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
