TOM’S HEALTHY ALTERNATIVE CAULIFLOWER “MASHED POTATO” RECIPE

Ingredients
- 1 package Tom’s Chopped Cauliflower
- 5.5 oz. Fage Greek Yogurt
- 3 oz. Extra Virgin Olive Oils
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. White Pepper
Directions
- Steam or boil the chopped cauliflower until tender. Remove.
- Put olive oil, garlic and cauliflower in a pan to sauté. Remove.
- Put cauliflower in food processor and add Greek yogurt, salt and white pepper.
- Process until smooth. Remove and serve!
Recipe yields 2-4 servings.
