TOM LEONARD’S POTATO CHIP CRUSTED SALMON
Ingredients
- 2 Fresh Norwegian Salmon Fillet, 8 oz.
- 4 tsps. Dijon Mustard, or Honey Mustard
- 1 cup BBQ Potato Chips, crushed
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Brush 2 tsp. of Dijon mustard, BBQ Sauce, or Honey Mustard on each fillet
- Coat each filet with ½ cup of Tom Leonard’s BBQ Potato Chips
- Bake for 12 minutes and serve (side of chips optional!)
