Hanover Community Cats is Tom Leonard’s featured Wishing Well!
Hanover Community Cats Inc Rescue and TNR is a 501(c)3 cat rescue located in Central Virginia. They work with local shelters, communities, and individuals to help find homes for unwanted or discarded cats. They also have a Trap and Release program to control the population of feral colonies located in surrounding communities.
